Art Exhibition Nataliy Schenkmann: A Studio Full of Cityscapes, Portraits, and Poetic Intensity
In Nataliy Schenkmann's studio in Koblenz, an art experience unfolds that understands painting as an immediate aesthetic experience. The exhibition presents new works by the artist with urban landscapes and portraits and invites visitors to see space, light, and figure in a concentrated reflection on the works.
Expressive Painting with Literary Depth
Nataliy Schenkmann combines painting, drawing, graphics, performance, object art, and installation in her artistic practice. Her visual language moves between expressive figures, psychological tension, and urban observation. Those who view her works encounter not only a motif but a narrative condensation in which architecture, people, and urban history interact.
Urban Landscapes and Portraits as Mirrors of Urban Life
At the center are city views and portraits that depict Koblenz not merely as a backdrop but as a vibrant resonance space. Color, surface, and contour unfold an exhibition atmosphere where the everyday appears poetically charged. The works connect to art historical traditions of figurative and expressionist painting while also setting contemporary accents.
A Studio Visit with Cultural Education
A visit to the studio offers more than an exhibition: it provides direct insight into curatorial practice, artistic processes, and the language of the image. Especially for art-interested visitors, a space for cultural education emerges here, where the reflection on works, conversation, and inspiration go hand in hand.
