When Schlager, Wiesn, and charity meet in Koblenz
The Fly & Help Schlagerwiesn meets Koblenzer Oktoberfest brings true festival atmosphere to the exhibition grounds in Koblenz on September 18, 2026. The event combines Schlager power, Oktoberfest feeling, and a good cause into a compact multi-day festival experience in just one big evening. The Koblenzer Oktoberfest has been celebrated since 2013, and for the first time in 2025, it is organized jointly by AVL Projektentwicklungs GmbH and EB Festival GmbH, becoming a staple in the Koblenz event calendar. A marquee full of movement, sing-along moments, and community
On stage are Vincent Gross, Olaf Henning, Anni Perka, Lena Milewicz, and Daniel Ferber. In between and afterwards, Hofbräu Regiment provides the lively live party band atmosphere, supporting everything from swaying to dancing. The official program speaks of Schlager party, Wiesn mood, and genuine Bavarian festival atmosphere – exactly the mix that creates a sense of community from a concert evening. Tradition meets modern festival organization
The Koblenzer Oktoberfest relies on clear festival organization, digital admission control, and an authentically decorated marquee with around 3,500 seats. The history of the festival features the traditional Wiesn entrance and the tapping of the keg, while the event also shows openness to new impulses and strong regional partnerships. This combination of tradition, event culture, and contemporary ticketing shapes the character of the evening. ([koblenzer-oktoberfest.de](https://koblenzer-oktoberfest.de/zeltplan))
Charity with a tangible added value
What is particularly special is the charity aspect: The evening supports the Fly & Help Foundation, which promotes educational projects and, together with the organizers, aims to build a school in a developing country. Thus, Schlager, marquee, and celebration mood come together for an event with purpose. This makes the Schlagerwiesn not only loud and colorful but also meaningful and accessible. What visitors can expect on-site
The festival grounds at the Wallersheimer Kreisel exhibition area are located at Hans-Böckler-Straße 1 in 56070 Koblenz. On-site, Wiesn charm meets Bavarian specialties, freshly tapped Benediktiner Hell, and an audience eager for sing-along moments and lively atmosphere. For the Oktoberfest as a whole, the organizer points out safety controls, bag rules, and smooth operation with digital entrance organization.
