Christmas Variety Show at Café Hahn: Loud, quirky, and full of stage magic
As the great Christmas goose paralysis approaches, Café Hahn in Koblenz offers a counter-program: The Christmas Variety Show 2026 promises an evening full of humor, surprises, and international top artistry. Under the motto Loud and quirky instead of contemplative, an intimate variety theater is created, where the audience experiences the artists up close. Stage exhilaration instead of Christmas kitsch
The production focuses on pace, wit, and a lively dramaturgy that understands variety as an immediate stage experience. Crooked characters, spectacular tricks, and quirky humor form an ensemble of movement, timing, and surprises. Directed by Karl-Heinz Helmschrot. Café Hahn, with a capacity of 250, is one of the compact venues in Koblenz and is designated as indoor, barrier-free, and culturally rich. The address is Neustraße 15 in 56072 Koblenz. The close proximity between the stage and the hall enhances audience reaction and turns every punchline and every acrobatic act into a direct experience.
